Where We Find Each Other

Chickadees have always held a special place in my work. To me, they represent resilience, tenderness, and the quiet connections we find in nature. I’ve been drawn to birds since childhood, and they continue to appear in my paintings as small reminders of comfort, companionship, and belonging. In this piece, the two chickadees rest among the birch and branches, sharing a peaceful moment in a world that feels both familiar and a little imagined.
